✽Precautionary Measures on Prevention of the Wuhan coronavirus✽

To minimize the risk of contracting and spreading the Wuhan coronavirus, HKJMA will adopt the following precautionary measures during the meeting:

- Each company can only have ONE representative to attend the meeting.
- All attendees HAVE TO wear a surgical mask.
- All attendees will conduct temperature check by HKJMA staff before the meeting.
- Please do not come outside your assigned timeslot. Only attendees of the assigned timeslot can enter the Conference Room

Persons who had been to Mainland China in the past 14 days or with fever and/or respiratory symptoms should refrain from attending the allotment meeting.

In case you are NOT able to attend the meeting, please also fill-up the Preference Form with your desired location. HKJMA staffs will pick up your most desired available choice according to your preference list.
